For the past month have had the idea of starting a microbakery business. That is on the tail of giving up the Thermomix consultancy full time, so am thinking of those people – myself potentially in the future who would like a good loaf of bread delivered to their door step at a fair price and as a part of the initiative to give back to the community and donate 50% of proceeds to the social causes.

This final point is due to the fact that I have a young family and being watched by my most favourite and loving fans. This better be good. So I decided to put that into my podcast as well. I have not decided wether it would be a separate podcast or podcasted in the same one. What do you think?
